These Terms and Conditions govern your use of cxbet and set out the rules for account registration, deposits, withdrawals, betting, bonuses and responsible gaming. If you provide false information — including a false name, a date of birth that understates your age, or a mobile number that is not your own — cxbet reserves the right to suspend your Account immediately and withhold any pending withdrawal until the matter is resolved.
You are responsible for keeping your cxbet password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact cxbet support immediately. cxbet will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where reasonable account security practices were not followed by the Player.

cxbet is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or place any Bet. If it is found at any point that a Player was under 18 at the time of registration, cxbet will immediately close the Account. Any balance held in the Account will not be returned. All financial transactions on cxbet are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). cxbet supports the following payment methods:
The minimum deposit on cxbet is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on deposits for verified Accounts. Deposits are credited to your cxbet wallet instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. All withdrawals require KYC verification to be completed first. Once KYC is approved, withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. cxbet does not charge any processing fee on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges — check with them directly.
A Bet is confirmed only once cxbet has accepted it and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during a system error, connectivity outage or odds feed failure may be voided at cxbet's discretion. The minimum stake per Bet on cxbet is Rs 100 for most markets.
In-play betting on cxbet is available on cricket, football and other sports where live markets are offered. Odds in live betting move frequently and a Bet placed during an odds refresh may be accepted at a marginally different price than the one displayed at the time you tapped the selection. If the odds change beyond a defined tolerance level, the Bet will be returned to you unplaced and your stake refunded.
Bets are settled by cxbet based on official results from recognised governing bodies — PCB, ICC, FIFA, UEFA or equivalent. For cricket matches, the official DLS result is used in rain-affected games. If a match is abandoned before enough play has occurred for a result to be determined, bets are typically voided and stakes returned unless the specific market terms state otherwise.
cxbet reserves the right to void any Bet placed at obviously incorrect odds due to a technical error, data feed failure or human mistake in pricing. If such a void affects a winning bet, the stake is returned in full. cxbet will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct pricing errors promptly, but cannot guarantee that every erroneous price will be caught before being traded.
cxbet applies per-market maximum payout limits which vary by sport and event. These limits are displayed on the relevant bet slip. Any winnings that would exceed the applicable limit will be capped at that maximum regardless of the stake placed.
cxbet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to the general rules below. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
New Players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on cxbet are eligible for the Welcome Bonus. The bonus is credited to the Bonus balance in your wallet. Eligibility requires that the deposit be made within 7 days of Account registration and that the Player has not previously claimed a cxbet Welcome Bonus under any other Account.
All bonuses on cxbet carry a Wagering Requirement that must be met before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real money. The standard Wagering Requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount). Only bets with minimum odds as specified in the promotion terms count towards wagering progress. Free bets and free spins credited as bonuses do not count as a wagerable amount — only the winnings generated from them may contribute.
All bonuses on cxbet have an expiry date, typically 30 days from the date of credit. If the Wagering Requirement is not met by the expiry date, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from the Account automatically. It is your responsibility to track your wagering progress and expiry dates through the My Account section on cxbet.
cxbet takes bonus abuse seriously. This includes — but is not limited to — using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing matched bets designed purely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine game play, or exploiting a pricing error in combination with a bonus. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonus balance forfeited, its winnings voided and its Account suspended.

In poker tournaments, if a player is disconnected during a hand, their hand is treated as a fold (or check where applicable under the rules of the specific game format). cxbet is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the player's internet connection or device. Deliberate disconnection to avoid a bad outcome is treated as prohibited conduct.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on cxbet and will result in Account suspension and/or forfeiture of balances:
cxbet co-operates fully with financial crime authorities. Any Account suspected of money laundering will be frozen immediately and referred to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.
cxbet may suspend or permanently close an Account at any time if it reasonably believes that the Player has violated these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so for legal or regulatory compliance reasons. Where suspension is due to a suspected breach still under investigation, cxbet will communicate the reason within a reasonable time after the decision is made.
You may request closure of your cxbet Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your registered payment method after KYC verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon closure.
If you wish to stop gambling, cxbet provides a self-exclusion feature that can be activated through the Responsible Gaming section of your Account. Once self-exclusion is activated, the Account is locked from placing bets and cannot be reopened until the exclusion period expires.
